Heavily salted, processed food (including fast food and most restaurant meals, as well as canned and other preserved foods) may have trained your palate to expect the sharp, acidic taste of salt when you eat. Salt is a powerful flavorizer. It masks the real taste of any food you're eating. When your taste buds have been compromised by salt and sugar, you lose the subtle flavors of herbs and spices.

The 3-2 menu at Mack Daddy's uses a wide variety of fresh herbs and spices - but never salt -to give your taste buds a fabulous new experience... the real taste of prime, delicious food. What is Mack Newton's 3-2 Menu?

3-2 is an Eating Plan NOT a diet! With my 3-2 menu you're allowed to eat as much of the food on the eating plan as you like. In fact, you're encouraged to eat a lot. The more you eat, the more you lose. It doesn't matter how much you eat or when you eat... it's what you eat.

3-2 eating consists of only high quality, nutritious, fresh foods - never processed or with chemical additives. 3-2 eating is not only healthy and nutritious, it's savory and mouthwatering.

The plan consists of three things you can eat and two things you can drink. The three things you can eat are:

1) Lean source protein (fresh only, never processed, dried, or preserved). Protein sources include; fish, beef, pork, poultry and lamb.

2) Green vegetables - every kind of green vegetable. Natural herbs and spices can be used to flavor vegetables. Minimal amounts of olive oil may be used on salads. Tomato is also used because it is considered a fruit.

3) Fresh fruit




What you CAN drink with the 3-2 Eating Plan:
1) Fresh, clean water (not carbonated or flavored water)
2) Fresh, real fruit juice (not juice-added drinks, no sugar added, nothing less than 100% juice).

This is considered the strict 3-2 eating plan, which includes a fruit Mack Shake for breakfast, and is required in my training sessions for people 20 or more pounds overweight. Once goals are met on the strict 3-2, you can then move on to the 3-2 platform plan, which includes vegetables of any color, as well as occasional or moderate servings of potato, rice, dessert, and one alcoholic beverage per day.




What to Expect When You Eat 3-2

3-2 eating substitutes higher quality foods in place of lower quality foods. I call higher quality food that which is served closer to the natural state in which it occurs. The closer the food comes to the natural state in which it occurs, to its natural, unrefined form, the higher its quality. The more flavorizers, preservatives and enhancers that you add, the further it gets from its natural, healthy goodness.
You can't get the delicate balance of nutrients that nature provides by taking a vitamin pill. In high quality food, all the enzymes are intact, amino acids are in their finest, most digestible form, and the minerals, vitamins, trace elements, carbohydrates and "life force" exist in their natural perfection. This life force, in turn, is capable of reproducing very strong, healthy tissue.

When you eat 3-2 foods, you can expect your body to begin an immediate change. Your body will begin to rebuild itself form the inside out, because you can't create tissue, muscle and bone that is of a higher quality than the food you eat. So when you begin eating 3-2, you will immediately begin to discard materials built out of inferior materials and begin to rebuild using higher quality materials.

Health experts know that the higher the quality of food that we eat, the more your body can resist disease, or stimulate the body's own healing process when illness does occur. High quality food also boosts your energy. Not in the artificial, quick-fix way of empty calories such as a candy bar or a toxic stimulant such as coffee, but as a long-term source of energy and vitality. The amazing intelligence present in every cell of the body responds to what you eat. Your cells have a natural bias towards health and always strive toward healthier, improved and rejuvenated tissue. You don't even have to think about this process for it to work - you just need to give your body the fuel it needs. This is nature's plan of evolution.
